How do I choose the right toy size?
Choose by bird species, beak strength, toy dimensions, and construction. A toy that is safe for a budgie may not withstand a macaw.
Are natural materials automatically safe?
No. Wood species, drying, mold, coatings, rope structure, metal hardware, and construction still need review. Always supervise play and remove damaged toys.
How often should parrot toys be replaced?
Inspect toys daily. Replace them when ropes fray, metal corrodes, wood develops sharp edges, small parts loosen, or cleaning can no longer restore a hygienic surface.
Do you ship internationally?
We plan worldwide service, subject to destination, parcel size, carrier availability, customs, and product restrictions. The checkout estimate may be adjusted for wholesale or oversized orders.
Can I return an opened bird toy?
Opened or used bird toys are normally not returnable for hygiene and biosecurity reasons unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Do you accept wholesale and custom orders?
Yes. Submit the wholesale form with products, quantities, destination, and customization needs. We confirm MOQ, pricing, lead time, packaging, and freight before payment.
How can wholesale buyers pay?
After a quotation is approved, we can issue a proforma invoice and provide an approved XTransfer, bank transfer, or PayPal payment route. Never pay account details that do not match the confirmed invoice.
