Returns policy

Return window. Contact us within 30 days of delivery. Eligible products must be unused, uninstalled, unwashed, in original packaging, and suitable for resale.

Hygiene exclusions. Opened, used, chewed, contaminated, or bird-exposed products are normally not returnable because they cannot safely be resold. Customized, clearance, and made-to-order products are also excluded unless defective or incorrectly supplied.

Damaged or incorrect orders. Report visible damage, missing items, or the wrong item within 7 days. Include the order number and clear photos of the parcel, label, packaging, and product.

Approval and shipping. Do not send a return before receiving written approval and return instructions. Unless the item is defective or incorrect, return shipping and any non-refundable customs charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Refunds. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Bank and payment-provider processing times vary. Original shipping is not refundable unless required by law or the order was our error.
