Shipping policy

Processing. In-stock retail orders are normally prepared within 2–5 business days. Wholesale, customized, and made-to-order products follow the lead time stated on the approved quotation or proforma invoice.

Rates. Current checkout estimates are US $7.99, Canada $12.99, Europe $15.99, and other supported regions $19.99. Retail orders over $99 may qualify for free standard shipping. Oversized parcels, remote destinations, wholesale cartons, and restricted routes require a separate quotation.

Delivery and tracking. Delivery estimates begin after dispatch and are not guarantees. Tracking is provided when the carrier supports it. Customs inspections, peak seasons, weather, and incorrect addresses can cause delays outside our control.

Duties and taxes. Unless the checkout or quotation says otherwise, the buyer is responsible for import duties, VAT/GST, brokerage, and destination-country charges.

Address changes and loss. Contact us before dispatch to request an address change. If tracking shows loss or material damage, notify us with the order number, packaging photos, and carrier evidence so we can investigate.
